Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.  We do not hold any of your credit card information on any part of this web site. All credit card transactions are managed by our partner, PayPal.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, or make a payment over the telephone.

Return / Refund Policy
We will exchange any goods that are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. If you have simply changed your mind, we will accept a return of goods in their original and new condition, providing you pay for return postage, in addition to this we will refund the cost of the product but not the cost of postage/delivery. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Delivery Information
We charge a fixed delivery charge of £6.00 to customers in the UK and £12.00 for airmail outside the UK. Customers can normally expect to receive their goods within 28 days of order.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.  Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly and we will reply to your letter or email within 5 working days. It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
